Between overindulging this weekend with the camping trip & a lazy Sunday, I needed some penance at the gym tonight. 20min warm up on the bike on level 8 @ 13 mph….ONE HOUR on the stair stepper (I can’t believe I didn’t pass out after 35min! Haa) and then did 20x 70lb squats and 10x80lb squats with the dudes supervision bc I felt so drained. All that on 4 hrs sleep and working the day shift.
